Tenant Qualifications
Every prospective resident of ours is very important to us and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible.
Below are our the standard qualifications for residency.
- Must be employed at your currently place of employment for at least 6 months.
- Income requirements : Making household income 3 times the rental amount (this can include, employment income, government assistance (disability, food stamps...).
- Have not been evicted for last 10 yearsHave not been evicted for last 10 years.
